Cape Cod v.2011.4
Life on the Cape continues. Mornings are dominated by playtime.
Playing with the incredibly unbreakable, soft-landing ball.
Looking sinister.
Mess-making.
Underwear-wearing is an all-day affair.
Some days the beach is foggy.
This leaves the Hawk perplexed.
While girls nap, boys hunt for crabs.
While girls nap, mama relaxes.
Even in the afternoon the beach can be cold. We call this Leigh's "FDR at Yalta" look.
Late afternoon story time with Grandma Steffy.
Cape Cod v.2011.3

Others are quick starters.

The girls on a windy walk to the Edward Hopper house (seen at the bottom of this post).

Cape Cod v.2011.1
Lots of love from us to you, from here on windy Cape Cod.

Where are the crabs, Danny?
Hanako doesn't know, either.
Danny still doesn't know.
Over der!
Windy hair.
Windy face.
Hko showed off her varying facial expressions.

While Leigh, having foregone a nap, fell asleep while she was eating. Ridiculous.
