Mite B *State Chamions*

They run something here called a "state championship tournament" at the end of the season. For the 8 and under "Mites" teams are divided into four-team divisions that then play 3 games round-robin and then a one game championship. There are 8-10 of these state championships going on at the same time, and then winners don't advance to play anyone else, so 8-10 teams get to call themselves state champions. It's silly but fun. Danny's team went 4-0 and were very happy.
